Turkeys Falling From The Skies

So in real life I work on the periphery of the medical field. Which means I hear about things that affect doctors and nurses and other health professionals.
One of them is the medical codes they use to get your insurance company to pay for things–like if a turkey falls from the sky and injures you.
Debussy and I were watching the classic, classic, classic Thanksgiving episode of WKRP in Cincinnati where…well, I’ll show you:
So thirty-seven years late, there will finally be a medical code (W61.42 Struck by Turkey) to cover all those people who were in the crowd at the Pinedale Shopping Mall.
Oh, the humanity.
