VIP Room Service (Other Related Duties #1)
by Zenobia Renquist
If you're like me and tend to shy away from wine because it's not sweet (sweet-sweet, not the wine definition of sweet) then I have two suggestions for you. The first wine is featured in VIP Room Service (Other Related Duties #1)—now on sale for 99¢ (regularly $2.99) until 26 Sep 2015. Let me tell you, Lexie enjoys it a lot. And while a fictional character's endorsement doesn't really mean much, or anything at all, I want readers to know she has good taste...thanks to Mr. Malena.
My first wine love, which is why it made it into the book, is Ice Wine (aka Eiswein). It's sweet and delicious and derives its name from the way the grapes are allowed to freeze on the vine when the temps change and then are harvested and processed. This way of making wine is very labor intensive, which in turn means the wine is expensive. We're talking $20 and up. It comes in slim, longnecked bottles (usually located a little above eye level) and is classified as a white dessert wine. When I say slim, I mean you'll only get about two glassfuls out of it. But then I'm guessing the makers thought you would be sipping a small amount.
The next wine is a lot more affordable (if you get the bottle from a store instead of ordering a glass at a restaurant), so drinking it the way wine should be (in the biggest glass you can find) doesn't hurt the bank account as much. If I had known about this wine when I wrote VIP Room Service I would have included it too. Ruffino Moscato d’Asti is very delicious and runs about $9.99-$12.99 per bottle (from what I’ve seen but it might be higher in other places). Ruffino makes other types of wines, from Chianti to Toscanas but the Moscato is the only one I’ve had.
I learned about this yummy offering from Stephanie “Flash” Burke. She had me try a bottle she brought to the June 2015 Reader-Author Get Together (RAGT) held in Ohio annually (great convention if you can get in). I've been hooked ever since. If you want a sweet wine, I suggest giving one of the above a try. Both go great with VIP Room Service (Other Related Duties #1).

A hotel erotica tale hot enough to set the screen on fire. She offers satisfaction above and beyond what is requested. Lexie's job as a maid at a fivestar hotel doesn't normally include the unique and risqué form of room service that rich guest Mr. Malena has requested, nor the generous tip he's offered. Submission and exhibition and a ménage. Lexie can't resist. What should have been a onetime thing turns into an introduction into the sensual world of customer satisfaction. This is one workplace encounter that could get her fired...or will it?

Zenobia Renquist is the alterego of D. Renee Bagby. Call her Zen or Renee, she answers to both. Air Force brat turned Air Force wife, she was born in Europe, has lived in Japan and in several states of the US, including Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, California, Maryland and Hawaii. She moved a lot in her younger years and remembers all too well being the new kid in fishoutofwater situations. But those experiences only made her better able to adapt, as well they gave her a love of travel, preferring road trips over flying. Turning her favorite pastime into her career, Renee loves to build worlds and torture her characters for the enjoyment of her readers. She can’t fill everyday with writing alone, and also enjoys watching anime, reading manga, crocheting, knitting (yarn and mail), and binging shows on Netflix. She’s a Whovian (David Tennant for the win!), a trekkie (DS9 because Odo rocked), and a fan of pretty much every Marvel live action movie and DCU animated movie. She has a wacky imagination and tends to write all over the place. In order to keep up, she only asks one thing—Leave Your Reality Behind to Discover Different and Unique Romance & Erotica.
